Rena Rogers
bought her first camera 1985 as a Christmas gift. It was a fairly advanced 35 mm. S.L.R. Over the next few years she learned darkroom skills and this further enhanced her knowledge of exposure and re-touching as well as cropping for effect. Her natural talent was evident by her second or third roll of film. She spent some time perfecting double-exposure skills which are very intriguing.

In the following  years she won various contests including a Kodak contest. Her work has been seen in galleries in New York and in a number
international photo publications. Rena's skills are immense considering she can do portraiture as well as scenics and her own whimsical views of people and animals. She has recently advanced into the world of digital photography and her talents will no doubt continue in this very expressive medium .
